A place to remember

After breakfast, Srila Gurudeva takes a walk around Sri Anu Giriraj Mandir.

To the left of the mandir is an open space where Srila Gurudeva envisions a swimming pool (maybe with a fountain). Just before the proposed pool area, is a square concrete foundation which will be a sitting area where the devotees may discuss the scriptures. On each of the four corners is a tree: tamal, champaka, kadamba, and bakura.

"Govardhan is a nice peaceful place," he says. "It is a good place for remembering the pastimes of Krishna and Mahaprabhu."
