Sripad Avadhut Maharaj and the Russian devotees have invited me to Russia. I leave tomorrow. I will fly from Kolkata to New Delhi with Jet Airways in the evening, and from Delhi to Moscow with Aeroflot early on Monday morning.
After briefing me in Moscow, Avadhut Maharaj will come here to Nabadwip for Srila Guru Maharaj's Vyasa Puja (appearance celebration) and I will spend the week in Moscow helping Sripad Bharati Maharaj and others with some of the programs that they have planned for the weekend festival in that city.
My tentative schedule for the next few weeks is to travel and preach in some cities within a 100-200 mile radius of Moscow, like Smolensk (west-southwest of Moscow, on the Dnieper River) Bryansk (southwest) Tambov (southeast) Yaroslavl (northeast of Moscow, on the Volga River) and some other nearby cities and towns.
After visiting Moscow and its environs, I will probably spend some time at the temple in Saint Petersburg and then travel to the Ukraine sometime during the first or second week of November.
I'm not sure how long I will be in Russia, but I will most likely stay for at least six weeks, depending on whether I go to Siberia or not...
