I was supposed to go back to Saint Petersburg after the Govardhan puja program here in Moscow last night but I did not because it does not make sense to take the train all the way back to Saint Petersburg only to return to Moscow in two days to catch another train to the Ukraine on Wednesday.
Besides, it's a bit much to have to put on a big program in Saint Petersburg on Saturday afternoon, get the midnight train to Moscow on Saturday night, put on a similar program in Moscow on Sunday evening, then travel 600 kilometers all the way back to Saint Petersburg at midnight on Sunday, spend one night there, then return to Moscow on Tuesday afternoon. Of course, our always-on-the-go Avadhut Maharaj does this kind of thing all the time!
I absorb myself most of the day reading; I used to love reading, but now I don't seem to spend half the time that I would like to on this activity...
In the evening I go over to the old temple at Avtozavodskaya with Bharati Maharaj and after the evening arati, Bharati Maharaj gives a short lecture that segues into an animated question-and-answer session and ends with prasadam for all.
